You should have no trouble finding a new mATX socket A board in Brisbane
for under $70, unless that's out of your price range.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

I agree with spodosaurus. I recommend the ASUS A7V400_MX SE. Should be
able to find one for about $80 - $90

I'm using that board with an XP 1700+ and 512mb DDR266, so yes, it does
suit, and you shouldn't have to pay more than $80. Indeed,
www.umart.com.au have it for $73 ($65 if you order it online...not sure
if they allow pickup of online orders, read their website - with at
least one location in Brisbane).

Cheers,

Ari

I have ordered online from umart in milton and have been able to pick up
from there. Only thing is if during buy period you may have to wait.
